In order to have a tree inspected for removal, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Trees must be in the road right-of-way or common grounds of the association.

  • Tree must be dead or dangerous to be removed.

  • Tree must be marked by the association.

  • Submit, to the office, a letter from the association requesting us to inspect the tree.

  • Submit, to the office, a letter from the homeowner giving us permission to inspect tree and take down, if necessary.
