Driveway permits and road cut applications/policies are available at the Resort office and the links below. When putting in a new driveway or replacing an existing driveway, you must have approval from our office. All information must be provided on applications such as measurements, drain locations, addresses, etc. Also, driveway must be staked prior to inspection from this office.
If any cuts have to be made to the road, you must fill out a road cut application, have proof of insurance and a $1,000 cash or certified check deposit.
